I'm not sure what the problem is, but one of the updates did make some tweaks to the Fast Travel station menus. You'd think that would be included in the Triple Pack, but who knows? If you know someone local, you could try taking your 360 over to their place to get the internet connection and make sure you have the most recent update for BL2 and TPS. Also, you caught the fact that the BL1 DLCs are actually spread across several disks, right? That caused a lot of confusion when the Triple Pack first came out. If all the content is installed on the HD the game should only need the main game disk to start up.
One possibility is that the Knoxx DLC wasn’t installed fully or has some file corruption, so you could try deleting just that one and reinstalling. It could also be that the licence just needs refreshing (look up licence transfer on 360 for details.) The other possibility is a physical disk issue. I was getting that error intermittently on one of my 360s, then the DVD drive died.

Fortunately it was one with an external HD so we got up and running with a replacement 360 very quickly. If your 360 has an internal drive, you might want to back up your saves using either cloud sync or a USB stick, just in case that’s the issue.
